Taking Life 4 Granted

Every day we take for granted, not realizing that our life can be taken at any moment. This dawned on me today after watching a film on a play in class. We really don't know when the man up above will call us home. We've all experienced someone in our life who we loved and they passed away. It's tough, I know. But do we realize at any moment that it could be us? And do we realize that our life is special and uniquely created by the hands of God? We must seize every moment we live on earth for a purpose God gave us. Most importantly, are we using the time we have on earth to bring glory to God and to spread some Jesus light on those around us? God uses us for a purpose and we need to full-fill the purpose God has for our lives. Life on Earth is a delicate thing because it's (metaphorically) a grain of sand compared to the whole entire beach of eternity ahead of us. Sounds like a cheesy metaphor but hey, its the truth. The people that surround you in your life, do you want them to live in eternity with you in heaven? I know I sure do. So I'm tellin' you now, use the moments God gives us on Earth to share Christ's love with one another. Live the life you have on Earth to it's fullest because God has given it to you to prepare yourself and others for an eternity with Him^.

May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.
